Nutritom has a free version and Premium. Here you can read what you get, how payment works and how to cancel.
In short: you try Premium for 14 days for free, without payment details. If you subscribe afterwards, you pay and cancel through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time.
1. Free and Premium

The price shown by the App Store or Google Play at the moment of your purchase is the price that applies. All prices include VAT.
2. Free trial
New users can try Premium once for 14 days for free. You start the trial in the app, without payment details. After 14 days it ends by itself: you pay nothing and go back to the free version, unless you choose to subscribe.
If we later offer a trial through the App Store or Google Play, we will clearly show before you confirm when payment starts. If you don't cancel such a trial before it ends, it automatically turns into a paid subscription.
3. Taking out a subscription
You take out Premium in the app, with your Apple ID or Google account. Apple or Google processes the payment; we never see your payment details. Your subscription starts as soon as you confirm the purchase.
4. Automatic renewal
Premium renews and is charged automatically every month until you cancel.
- Apple: cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. Otherwise the next month will still be charged.
- Google Play: cancel before the next renewal date.
5. Cancelling, step by step
On an iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose Nutritom.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
On Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture at the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Nutritom.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
Good to know: deleting the app does not stop your subscription, and neither does deleting your account. So cancel through your store first.
After cancelling, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that you go back to the free version. Your data is kept until you delete your account.
6. Refunds
Because Apple or Google handles the payment, you request a refund from them:
- Apple: via reportaproblem.apple.com;
- Google: via your order history in Google Play.
They decide according to their own rules. Not working out? E-mail us at tom@nutritom.be and we'll look into it with you.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.
Premium is a digital service that starts immediately. If, when you buy, you explicitly ask for Premium to start straight away, you can still withdraw within those 14 days, but you pay a proportionate amount for the period in which you could already use Premium. Once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal lapses, provided you explicitly agreed to this beforehand.
You withdraw through Apple's or Google's refund procedure (see above), or by sending us a clear statement at tom@nutritom.be. You may use this model form, but you don't have to.

Your statutory rights as a consumer, such as the legal guarantee on digital content and services, always continue to apply.
8. Price changes
If the price of Premium changes, we will tell you in advance. Apple and Google also notify you and, for a price increase, in some cases ask for your agreement first. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
9. Personal coaching
Coaching by Nutritom itself, with conversations and follow-up, is not sold in the app. The arrangements and prices on nutritom.be apply to it.
